4. Customer service promises to inquire and reply in time;

Response: Ask the other party's work number carefully again (even if you remember it at first, you should ask it again so that the other party will not be perfunctory) and ask the latest reply time. And ask to be free when calling back the phone;

5, customer service will generally double the return after verification;

Answer: There should be no additional conditions for double return. If you have the energy, I suggest that you must get a written explanation and an apology letter from the SP supplier who violated the rules. Otherwise, you can complain again, that is, ask for an apology. The reason is that the prepaid money you put in the operator was deducted for no reason, which is equivalent to the "theft" of personal property. It is far from enough to return stolen property, and an apology is necessary;

6. If SP calls you on its own initiative.

Answer: You can claim compensation of 10 times or even higher. Give them time to think about it. Otherwise, you will complain or even sue the operators (China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and China Netcom) again. Remember: it is to sue the operator, not the SP manufacturer.
