Niushoushan Cultural Tourism Zone is located in Jiangning District, Nanjing, with a planned total area of 49.37 square kilometers. Niushou Mountain, also known as Tianque Mountain, is one of the four famous scenic spots in Jinling. It is named after the east and west peaks on the top of the mountain look like the horns of a bull's head, and is known as the "head of a spring cow".

If you visit Niushou Mountain, you must go to the Foding Palace in the deepest part of the scenic spot to have a look. Foding Palace is a deep pit building, and its external space is divided into a big dome, a small dome and a cliff on the top of the Buddha. The interior space has nine floors, three floors above ground and six floors underground, and consists of three major spaces: the Grand View of Zen, the Hall of Relic and the Tibetan Palace of Relic. The scene of the Thousand Buddha Hall and the Ten Thousand Buddha Gallery in the underground palace is solemn and gorgeous, and it is very shocking to be in it.
