The SMS settings are all OK, but I cannot receive or send SMS messages. There is absolutely no problem with the mobile phone. You can test it with other cards and you can send it. What's going on.

1. Please open Settings - Applications - Information - Clear Data and try to see if it works normally.

If it still doesn’t work, please put the mobile phone card into another mobile phone and check whether you can send and receive text messages normally.

2. If you cannot send and receive text messages normally, please contact your network operator to see if it is a problem with the SIM card.

3. If you can send and receive text messages, it is recommended that you reinsert the card into your phone and send yourself a text message to see if you can receive it.

4. Please enter the SMS center and contact your mobile operator to check your SMS center number

5. If the number is correct, please temporarily uninstall your system security software

6. If it still cannot be solved, please back up your data, enter recovery to clear cache, user data and all data, and do not restore system settings after entering the system

7. If it still cannot be restored , please go to the maintenance point near you to check it.
