What if the phone is locked?

1. After the service password of the mobile phone number is locked, it will be automatically unlocked after 24 hours. It's still the original password after unlocking. During the password lock, you can apply for password reset.

2. Password reset method for mobile phone number service:

(1) Log in to the online business hall of China Mobile.

(2) After logging in to China Mobile, you can find an option of my mobile phone at the top of the page. Click this option to open a new page, then find the password security option on the left side of the page, and then click this option.

(3) Click Security Password-Reset Service Password in turn. After clicking this option, a new page will pop up. After the new page appears, there will be options to modify the service password and set password protection. Click here to modify the service password.

(4) After clicking, a new dialog box will pop up. At this point, click Click Get, then enter the dynamic verification code of the SMS received by the mobile phone, and then click OK.

(5) Click OK and the page will change again. At this time, enter the password according to the prompt-confirm again. Thus, the password reset of the mobile phone card service is completed.
