1. Harassment caused by making phone calls when inviting customers. Affect the image of the insurance company. In addition, it is difficult to successfully invite people.

2. Most of the customers come to eat and drink for free. After eating and drinking enough, they wipe their mouths and leave without even saying thank you. The meal expenses are paid by the agent.

3. After the customer signs the order on the spot, the agent must pay for the gift. Back then, every time I signed an order of 20,000 yuan, I would give the customer a laptop. If the customer hesitates to cancel the policy, it will be even more uneconomical.

4. Huge expenses before invitation: Many companies use mass text messaging (don’t say whether it is illegal or not). The first text message costs at least 5 cents, and some send hundreds of yuan in one day. It takes more than ten days to make an appointment. When a customer comes, he or she may not sign a contract. But the SMS fee is paid by the agent.

5. The client’s meal expenses are also paid by the agent. The insurance company only collects money and does not spend money.
