At this point, the signing of the contract has been completed, and the fresh graduates have to pay liquidated damages if they breach the contract before the registration date.

As for the employment agreement, if you decide to work in this company, you can print out the tripartite agreement and hand it over to the teacher for filing (mainly counting the employment rate and mailing files); If you are not sure, don't pay it for the time being, so if you default in the future, just cancel the contract with the company online.

Because it has been signed and made effective online at this time, no matter whether the paper employment agreement is given to the teacher or not, as long as it is not terminated online, the files will be mailed to the company by the school after graduation. 2.HR phone asked me to write a resignation application and sign it (this website has a template), and then send the resignation application in the "Resignation Application" column of the recruitment website (be careful not to change the content in the application template, click Submit, and the page shows that the request was sent successfully).

3. As soon as I entered the door, HR received my application and said bluntly: You should go to the finance department to pay a penalty of 3,000 yuan (please take cash with you, because our company only accepts cash) and come to me with a receipt. I will give you a sealed "Letter of Termination", and I will also agree to your online application for termination, and send your "Employment Recommendation Form" (this general school only sends one copy, new. 4. The termination was successful. If the new company is in the province, it can sign online; If it's from outside the province, you can go to the teacher with a cancellation letter to ask for a tripartite agreement.
