1. When the phone is turned off, press and hold the volume up button+power button. Release the power button after the mobile phone vibrates and restarts, and keep pressing the volume button until it enters the recovery mode;

2. Use the volume up and down keys to move the cursor to the wipe data/factory reset line, and then press the power button to select it;
