Unable to receive SMS notification from foreign HSBC.

The mobile phone can't receive the verification code of the bank. You can check it by the following methods:

1. restart the network.

It may be that network delay or server communication delay makes it impossible to receive short messages. You can try to switch the flight mode and re-trigger the short message sending under the network.

2. Check whether the number is in the blacklist.

You can check whether it is set to block strange short messages and whether the number is included in the harassment interception blacklist. If yes, please turn off the function of intercepting strange short messages and remove the number from the blacklist if necessary.

3. Set the Information application attached to the system as the default application.

(1) In order to protect your payment security and account security, the system prohibits third-party applications from obtaining the verification code SMS you received. It is recommended that you set the Information that came with your system as the default application and try again.

(2) If you still need to use a third-party SMS application, please turn off the protection function of the verification code. Closing method: information > three points > settings > verification code security protection.

4. If it is a mobile card and the enhanced information function is enabled, please switch to ordinary SMS.
