Thank you very much for your long-term support for the region’s epidemic prevention and control work. In order to consolidate the hard-won prevention and control results, effectively prevent the hidden spread of the epidemic, and effectively protect the health and life safety of the people, in accordance with the requirements of the Chongqing New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group, the Dazu District New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command The Ministry of Health conducted research and decided to launch nucleic acid testing services for society. All citizens are requested to actively cooperate and actively participate. Relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Nucleic acid testing in some areas

Sampling scope: central urban area, Shuangqiao Economic Development Zone urban area and Longshui, Youting, Wangu, Yulong, All residents in Yongxi and other five towns must complete nucleic acid testing within the specified time.

Sampling time: The "three days and three tests" nucleic acid testing service will be carried out from November 11 to 13, 2022. The specific sampling time will be determined by each town and street.

2. Nucleic acid testing in all regions except the above-mentioned towns and streets

Sampling scope: Baoding, Zhuxi, Zhongao, Sanqi, Shima, Baoxing, Shiwan All residents in 16 towns including , Tieshan, Huilong, Guoliang, Jinshan, Gaosheng, Jijia, Longshi, Gaoping and Gulongjia must complete a nucleic acid test within the specified time.

Sampling time: November 12, 2022, 8:00-14:00.

3. Other Matters

If the elderly living alone, the disabled and other people need door-to-door testing, they can contact the village staff in advance and the village will arrange door-to-door sampling. Infants and young children under 3 years old, residents with limited mobility, bedridden and other residents who have no social activities and have no contact with people in social activities do not need to participate in this regional nucleic acid screening.

IV. Notes

This centralized sampling service is only for people with normal "Yukang code".

Persons with abnormalities in the "Yukang Code" must report to the village in a timely manner, and at the same time implement hierarchical and classified control measures. Sampling is carried out in controlled areas in accordance with control measures, and personnel with yellow codes and pop-up windows go to sampling points with separate channels to take samples.

Persons with fever, cough and other symptoms should report to the village immediately and go to the fever clinic for standardized treatment in a timely manner.

5. Warm reminder

When starting the nucleic acid test, please ensure your own safety, follow the village organization, bring your ID card and other valid documents or show the "Yukang Code", and Go to the nearest nucleic acid sampling point for sampling during the batch period. Please try to bring your smartphone with you, actively cooperate with the sampling point staff in temperature measurement, code verification, and information registration, follow the instructions of the on-site staff, and enter the sampling point only after the temperature measurement is normal.

Please cooperate with the staff during the sampling period. Take personal protection, wear masks regularly, keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others, do not jump in line, smoke, talk, or gather. Do not change collection channels at will when queuing, collect and leave to avoid cross-infection.

After sampling is completed, please take personal protection and leave the sampling point according to the designated path. Please understand and support the inconvenience that nucleic acid testing brings to your work and life.

Persons who have been vaccinated against the new coronavirus for less than 48 hours must proactively report to the community where they live. After registration with the community, they will not participate in this nucleic acid test.

Public security organs will deal with those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid testing, disrupt order, conceal reports, lie, or falsify information in accordance with the law. Those who constitute a crime will be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
