2. The borrower calls more than 3 times within one day after the deadline;

3. The borrower's overdue collection is not within the time period from 8: 00 am to 9: 00 pm;

4. Disclosure of personal information of the borrower (such as ID photo, photo of life, home address and other personal information);

5. Collection by threatening or intimidating the borrower;

6, to the borrower's home or work unit collection caused serious damage to personal reputation;

7. Pretending to be the staff of state law enforcement agencies to intimidate and violently collect borrowers and other illegal acts;

8. Induce borrowers to borrow from other platforms to repay the loans of this platform;

9. Use illegal software SMS to bomb the borrower's mobile phone number;

10. The overdue fee is higher than that of China Bank.

If any online lending platform has the above-mentioned violations, you can report the violations of the online lending platform to China Internet Finance Reporting Information Platform in your own name or on behalf of the unit, and report them truthfully to defend your legitimate rights and interests.

One of Article 293rd of the Criminal Law, in any of the following circumstances, illegal debts arising from high-interest loans shall be collected. If the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also or only be fined:

(2) restricting the personal freedom of others or intruding into others' houses;

(3) Threatening, stalking or harassing others.
