First, the examination arrangement

The examination subjects take a long time.

In July, 2020, there were 6 subjects in the qualification examination, including ideology and politics, history, physics, geography, chemistry and biology. The examination duration of each subject was 60 minutes.

Qualified test scores are an important basis for ordinary high school students to graduate and enter higher education. Candidates can choose to apply for 1-6 subjects according to the teaching progress of high school, the relevant requirements of college enrollment, their own learning situation and the original test scores of related subjects. Registration time and place

1.The registration time for the qualification examination in July 2020 will be arranged on May 2, 20201-26. Among them, 2 1-23 is the online forecast time, and 24-26 is the on-site registration confirmation time.

2. The municipal admissions offices shall organize local candidates to complete the qualification examination registration within the above-mentioned unified arrangement time. The registration place shall be determined according to the principle of convenience for candidates, and shall be selected by the municipal recruitment agency as a whole and announced in advance.

Second, candidates

Candidates for qualification examination in July 2020 are generally sophomores, high school graduates and social youths of ordinary high schools in Guangdong Province registered in 2020. Candidates who meet one of the following conditions can also apply:

Guangdong household registration candidates from other provinces. Candidates with Guangdong household registration, who intend to apply for the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities in our province, study in the corresponding grades of high schools in other provinces, and have not obtained the examination results of relevant subjects in the qualification examination organized by the provincial education administrative department during their studies, can return to their household registration.

Candidates who are not registered in Guangdong High School Education School. Graduates who are not registered in Guangdong province and study in high schools in our province can sign up for the qualification examination in our province, but whether the examination results can be used as the basis for enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities depends on the results of the qualification examination of the college entrance examination in that year. Among them, non-Guangdong registered children who meet the requirements of Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province forwarded by the Provincial Department of Education and other departments on doing a good job in the entrance examination after compulsory education in our province can be used as a necessary condition for admission to related majors in ordinary colleges and universities.

The following persons are not allowed to apply:

1. Students of institutions of higher learning with nationally recognized academic qualifications;

2. Students from national compulsory education schools;

3. Educate the first-year students in senior high school;

4./kloc-social youth under 0/6 years old.

Third, the content of the exam

In July, 2020, the qualification examination, the proposition of each subject and the preparation for review were based on the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Instructions of the Qualification Examination for the Academic Level of Ordinary Senior High Schools in Guangdong Province in 2020.

Four. Registration method and process

Use online forecast name+on-site confirmation of registration point to register. The registration process is as follows:

Online forecast name. Candidates log on to "Guangdong Provincial Ordinary High School Level Examination Registration System" on February1-23 to predict their names. Candidates who apply for the first time will receive the candidate number and password at the registration point with their ID cards and household registration books; Candidates who have applied for the exam must apply with their original examinee number and password.

Candidate number is the only identification number for candidates to take the qualification examination, and it follows the principle of "one person, one number, multiple use and dynamic management". Candidates who apply for the first time get the candidate number after completing online registration and on-site confirmation.

After the candidates enter the registration website, they should carefully read the Code for Qualified Candidates in Guangdong Province and the Letter of Commitment for Integrity Examination of Candidates, and then enter relevant information. First-time candidates enter their basic information and subjects, while non-first-time candidates enter their current subjects and other information; Check that the information is correct, bind the mobile phone number and enter the verification code for confirmation.

Candidates' numbers or forgotten passwords can be retrieved by SMS verification code. If the mobile phone number is entered incorrectly or changed, you need to check the examinee number or password at the registration point, county and city recruitment agencies and test sites.

Online payment. After filling in the registration information online, candidates must pay the examination fee online according to the operation process, and the standard is 25 yuan for each subject. Candidates who have not paid the examination fee will not apply for the examination and will not arrange the examination room. Once the examination fee is paid, it will not be refunded in principle.

The registration point is confirmed on site. After the name prediction is successful, the Registration Point can print the Registration Form for Non-first-time Candidates of Guangdong Ordinary High School Level Examination and send it to the candidates for signature confirmation, without going to the registration point for on-site confirmation. Candidates who apply for the first time must go through the on-site registration procedures at the registration point designated by the recruitment agency in their city with their ID cards and household registration books from 24th to 26th to confirm their registration qualifications. Candidates who have not confirmed at the registration point for the first time cannot take the exam. On-site confirmation includes collecting and checking the basic information of ID card, collecting the basic information of fingerprint or avatar, submitting qualification examination materials, checking registration information, etc. Candidates who fail to upload photos during the online registration stage can go to the registration point to be assisted by the staff to take photos and upload photos.

Candidates should carefully check the registration form printed at the registration point, especially their name, ID number, gender, school, examinee number, subject, avatar, mobile phone number and other information, and sign for confirmation after it is correct. At the same time, the candidates and their parents' valid identity documents and copies of household registration books are bagged and submitted in a non-contact way. Once the materials are signed and submitted, they are deemed to be confirmed, and all application information cannot be modified. The consequences caused by the examinee's own input errors or careless proofreading shall be borne by the examinee himself. The signed registration form shall be kept by the county recruitment agency for future reference for 3 years. If other candidates who participate in the qualification examination need to change their names and ID numbers, they need to provide the original and photocopy of the application for change and the household registration book or the change certificate issued by the public security organ to the county recruitment agency.

Before the start of registration, all cities and registration points should ensure that all registration points are equipped with ID card readers and fingerprint collection equipment, and carefully organize system testing and operation training to ensure the smooth implementation of registration. It is necessary to do a good job of disinfection and cleaning at the confirmation site and keep the confirmation site well ventilated. Candidates are required to do personal protection, keep a distance of at least one meter from others, and do not talk or gather.

Print the admission ticket. Candidates who participated in the qualification examination in July 2020 must log in to the "Guangdong Provincial Ordinary Senior High School Level Examination Registration System" from June 16 to June 26, 2020 and print their own admission tickets. Each registration point should check the printing of the admission ticket by candidates in time, remind candidates to carefully check their names, admission ticket numbers and photos, and report the wrong information to the test center or county recruitment agency in time.

Five, about the candidates' examination is reasonable and convenient.

In line with the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Education and the China Disabled Persons' Federation on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Administration of the National Unified Examination for the Admission of Disabled Persons to Colleges and Universities, disabled candidates who need to be provided with reasonable convenience by the recruitment authorities during the examination shall submit a formal written application to the registration point in accordance with the prescribed requirements and procedures at the time of registration, and will not be accepted after the registration. The application content should include my basic information, disability, reasonable convenience and things that need to be carried with me, and provide my second-generation and above disabled card in People's Republic of China (PRC). The registration point shall submit the candidate's application form and "People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Witness" to the municipal recruitment agency for examination within 7 days after registration. After the examination, the municipal recruitment agency should report to our hospital for examination and approval within 30 days before the examination, and it will not be accepted after the time limit. Other matters of intransitive verbs

Relevant work discipline requirements. The registration of qualification examination is related to the vital interests of the majority of candidates and involves the fairness and justice of the national education examination. The relevant staff of recruitment agencies at all levels must strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state and strictly follow the relevant work regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Education Examinations Institute. It is not allowed to practice favoritism and malpractice, and it is not allowed to charge candidates and parents any fees linked to registration for any reason. No unauthorized statistics and disclosure of registration information. High school education schools and teachers shall not replace or interfere with candidates' registration.

Candidates are not allowed to forge or alter documents, certificates and other materials. Once verified, cancel its examination qualification. Those who have already taken the exam will be disqualified from all subjects in this exam.

Do a good job in code management. All recruitment agencies should do a good job in code management in advance, and maintain the code base of secondary schools and registration points in this city through the registration system before May 20 and report the number of registration points. Strict registration procedures. Candidates who have not completed the registration procedures within the specified time are not allowed to take the exam; If you take the exam without authorization, your grades will be invalid.
