2. For the loss reporting of social security accounts, Guangxi is divided into Nanning social security card and Nanning external social security card according to the insured relationship. Specifically:

(1) When reporting the loss of social security cards in Nanning, you need to go to the designated outlets of China Bank in Nanning to report the loss, because the social security cards in Nanning have an independent social security card management system and operation process, and the outlets of China Bank are equipped with special card readers, so you can handle the password reset business of social security cards in Nanning.

(2) Social security cards outside Nanning can report the loss of social security accounts at any branch of the Bank of China in Guangxi (official loss reporting and temporary loss reporting only). If the social security card outside Nanning needs to report the loss and reset the password of the social security account, you can only go to the local social security bureau lobby or the offices, pharmacies, hospitals and other institutions designated by the social security bureau, depending on the information published by the social security bureau.
