CCB does not need to make an appointment for small withdrawals (less than 50,000 yuan). Withdrawals exceeding 50,000 yuan need to be made in advance. The specific method is as follows:

1. Customer Service Telephone Reservation: Call the customer service telephone number of China Construction Bank 95533, switch to manual service, and tell the customer service that a large withdrawal reservation is needed. After verifying the relevant information according to customer service requirements, the reservation is successful.

2. Mobile banking reservation: log in to the mobile banking of China Construction Bank, find the outlet service button, click Enter, select large RMB reservation in turn, then fill in the information according to the system prompts and submit the reservation.

Operation flow of reservation cancellation

1. Apply for special drawing

Step 1: Take the behavior as an example: log in to mobile banking and enter "Special Withdrawal"-"Apply for Special Withdrawal".

Step 2: For the customer who applies for special withdrawal service through mobile banking for the first time, the system will prompt the customer to read the function description, and the customer will click "Agree" to enter the third step; Customers who are not applying for the first time go directly to the third step.

Step 3: Select the payment account.

Step 4: Select the withdrawal area (only the "account opening location" option is provided temporarily during the pilot period).

Step 5: Enter the single amount, quantity and withdrawal validity of the special withdrawal application, and preset a 6-digit withdrawal password (the passwords entered twice must be the same).

Step 6: After the customer confirms, the system will deduct the withdrawal amount.

Step 7: After the withholding is successful, prompt the customer that the application is successful, and display the special withdrawal ID in reverse; At the same time, 95533 sends the special withdrawal ID to the mobile phone number of the customer's mobile phone bank by SMS.

2. Inquiry and cancellation

Step 1: Log in to mobile banking and enter "Special Withdrawal"-"Query Cancellation".

Step 2: Select the payment account; If there is only one account, go directly to the next step.

Step 3: Select or enter the query time range.

Step 4: The system displays the list of special withdrawal records of payment accounts of various channels, and the customer selects the records to query.

Step 5: The detailed information of the record will be displayed. For products that need to be cancelled, advanced customers can click "Cancel".

3.ATM withdrawal

According to the customer's preset withdrawal area, the customer can withdraw money by entering the special withdrawal ID, withdrawal amount and withdrawal password in the self-service equipment such as ATM of China Construction Bank in the designated area. The withdrawal amount entered by the customer must be the same as that entered at the time of application, and cannot be withdrawn by installments.
