Vivo account appeal steps:

1, open the complaint link;

2. Read the "Account Appeal Description" carefully, and then click "Start Appeal";

3. Enter the account number (mobile phone number/email address /vivo number) to be appealed, and then enter "OK" to select and confirm the account information;

4. Fill in the complaint information according to the display;

5. When submitting a complaint, the "Complaint Successful" interface will pop up, and you will get a reset link. Click "Reset xxx immediately" to modify the complaint information related to vivo account (real-name users (account stolen) can only be reset by SMS sent by the system);

Note: In order to ensure the security of accounts and avoid malicious operations, each account can appeal up to 5 times a day, and 15 times a month. Accounts whose appeal results are under review are not allowed to appeal again.
