3. Bring a bottle of mineral water. Don't underestimate a bottle of mineral water, it will play a big role at a critical time. When you have a urine test, if you don't want to urinate, you can drink some water, which is good for urination. So prepare a bottle of mineral water in advance to save the emergency when there is no urine.

4. Don't eat before taking blood for abdominal B-ultrasound. You can't drink water or eat before drawing blood. Drinking water and eating will affect the test results, and you can't urinate and eat when you do abdominal B-ultrasound, so you need an empty stomach test.

5. Rest and fast (including water) before 22 o'clock the day before physical examination. Avoid strenuous exercise and emotional excitement, and ensure adequate sleep, so as not to affect the physical examination results. Better take a bath.

6. Take a quiet rest for about 5 minutes before ECG examination, and do not check after running, full meal, cold drink or smoking. These factors will lead to abnormal ECG, which will affect the diagnosis of diseases.

7. When doing X-ray examination, you should wear cotton underwear, and don't wear clothes and bras with metal buttons; Please take off your necklace, mobile phone, pen, keys and other metal objects.

8. Female medical examiners should not wash vagina within 24 hours before examination, but can clean vulva to ensure the accuracy of examination.
