1. Implement health management. People in Nanjing's medium- and high-risk areas and sealed-off areas should postpone their arrival and return. If they still come and return, "14+7" health management measures will be implemented for people in medium- and high-risk areas, and "7+7" health management measures will be implemented for people in sealed-off areas. "Management measures. For people arriving and returning from Nanjing other than the above key areas, the "3+14" health management measures will be implemented, that is, a negative nucleic acid test certificate for the new coronavirus within 3 days will be verified. If there is no certificate, they will be directed to a comprehensive service point to receive a nucleic acid test. Those who hold a valid negative nucleic acid test certificate or a negative test result will be included in 14 days of daily health monitoring, and will undergo another nucleic acid test upon expiration.

2. Carry out nucleic acid testing. For arriving and returning personnel who departed from or stopped at Nanjing Lukou International Airport starting from July 10, a "1+3+14" nucleic acid test will be implemented, that is, a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the day of tracking, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the third day of tracking. A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 14th day after arrival, and another nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 14th day after arrival.

3. Active health monitoring. The general public is requested to actively conduct self-health monitoring. Once symptoms such as fever and cough occur, they should wear a mask and go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution in a timely manner, and truthfully report relevant travel and contact history. People who have a history of traveling to high-risk areas in China and have arrived in Linhai since July 7 must proactively contact the town, village or unit where they are located, truthfully report their personal travel history, physical condition and itinerary information, and voluntarily accept nucleic acid tests and other health tests. 4. Get vaccinated as soon as possible. Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is the most effective way to prevent COVID-19. Domestic inactivated COVID-19 vaccines have been vaccinated or used for emergency use in nearly 100 countries around the world, and are both safe and effective. 5. Do not go unless necessary. 6. Maintain good habits. Citizens are requested to wear masks in a scientific and standardized manner, use public chopsticks and spoons, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, and maintain a safe social distance. Adhere to the good living habits of not getting together in groups, having fewer gatherings, and exercising regularly.
