Sony mobile phone can't download MMS

1. First, turn on the mobile phone and enter the interface for receiving multimedia messages.

2. Secondly, click the' Gear Settings' button on the phone desktop. After entering the setting interface, find the mobile network and click the mobile network to enter the setting of MMS and data traffic.

3. Then on the setting interface of mobile network, find always accept MMS, turn on the switch button, and then exit.

4. Finally, drop down the menu above, turn off WiFi, turn on data flow, click to enter the SMS interface where MMS needs to be downloaded, and turn on WiFi after downloading successfully 1 times. At this point, MMS can be downloaded automatically.
