(1) Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd. has recalled the following vehicles in batches since May 3, 2020, with a total of 59,982 vehicles.

(II) Since May 6, 2020, Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. has recalled some Crown cars produced from 20 17125 to 201KLOC-0/June 30, 489.

(3) Sichuan FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. recalled 5,686 Costa cars produced from June 20 14 to May 8, 20 19; Some Prado cars were produced from 20 13, 12, 18 to 20 19, with a total of 56,596 vehicles. A total of 62282 vehicles.

Some vehicles within the scope of this recall have insufficient resin density due to imperfect resin molding conditions in the manufacturing process of low-pressure fuel pump impellers. Impeller may expand and deform under the influence of fuel, and interfere with the shell of low-pressure fuel pump, resulting in poor operation of low-pressure fuel pump. In extreme cases, the engine may turn off when the vehicle is driving, which poses a safety hazard.

Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., Sichuan FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. and GAC Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. will replace the improved low-pressure fuel pump for vehicles within the recall range free of charge to eliminate potential safety hazards.
