Chinese Merchants Bank can go to the branch to sign via text message. Is it okay not to sign?

If you apply for a China Merchants Bank credit card, or apply for a credit card through online channels (except door-to-door application and professional version application), you need to bring the original ID card (temporary ID cards cannot be applied) to any China Merchants Bank counter for an interview. (Students need to apply at any branch in the city where the school is located)

Failure to apply for an interview within the due date will be deemed as automatically giving up the application for a credit card. And you cannot submit another credit card application online within 90 days.
