What's wrong with Apple's 4s SMS and music playback? How to solve it?

It may be due to poor contact or the wrong volume button.

Solutions;

1. If there is no sound when a phone call or text message comes in, you can check the mute button on the side of the phone to see if it was accidentally pressed.

2. If there is no sound when you make a phone call with headphones, you can check whether you have not pressed the earphone plug to the end. Sometimes the protective case of mobile phone is too thick, which easily leads to the situation that the earphone can not be pressed to the end and the contact is not good.

3. There is no sound when playing games. You can go to the game options to see if the sound and music are muted.

If there is no sound in the speaker during the call, you can reset the phone, and you can find the reset option in Settings-General.

4. If this is not the case, or the above methods can't solve it, you can go to a specialty store or a designated maintenance office and ask the staff to help solve it.
