How to cancel small loans

The procedures for writing off small loans are as follows:

1. Before canceling the micro-loan, ensure that the loan amount has been fully paid off, otherwise it cannot be closed.

2. Pay attention to the official micro-loan "micro-loan" in the official WeChat account on WeChat or QQ, enter the official micro-loan WeChat account, enter "Close" in the reply message, and click Send.

3. After receiving the reply, click "Click me to close" according to the prompt, and then you will jump to the page where the micro-loan loan is confirmed to be closed, click "Close the micro-loan" and enter your own transaction password for identity verification.

When finished, a prompt will pop up on the page, showing that the closing is complete. You can return to WeChat wallet to check and confirm that the micro-loan has been cancelled.
