When will the water fee be resumed after it is overdue?

After the water fee is overdue, the time to restore water supply is as follows:

1. users who are in arrears should pay the water fee within 15 days after receiving the payment notice;

2. If the payment cannot be made on time due to special reasons, the water supply enterprise shall be informed within 15 days;

3. If the water fee is not paid within the time limit, the water supply enterprise will charge a late fee of 5% for the overdue amount;

4. If the arrears user fails to pay the fee within 2 months after the payment notice is served, the water supply enterprise will stop supplying water.

Service process of water supply company:

1. Accept the application: after the user submits the application for restoring water supply, the water supply company will record it and accept it;

2. Verification information: the staff will verify the user's payment and confirm that the arrears have been paid;

3. Work arrangement: According to the work arrangement, the water supply company will send technicians to users' homes or water supply facilities;

4. On-site operation: After the technicians arrive at the site, they will carry out necessary operations, such as opening the valve.

5. Check water supply: After the operation, technicians will check the water meter and water supply to ensure normal water supply;

6. Feedback to users: After the water supply is restored, the staff will feedback the situation of water supply restoration to users.

To sum up, users who are in arrears should pay the water fee or explain special circumstances within 15 days after receiving the payment notice, otherwise they will face a daily fine of 5%.
