What if I forget my account password!

If you forget the password of Xiaomi account, you can modify the password with your own identity information. The method is as follows:

1. Open the browser and enter Xiaomi official website address in the browser address bar.

2. Enter the main page of official website, find the login button in the upper right corner, and click Login.

3. Enter Xiaomi official website login page, find the forgot password option, and click.

4. Enter your Xiaomi account ID/ mobile phone number/email address and verification code, and click the Next button to start password reset.

5. Enter the Xiaomi account security verification interface, click Send SMS, and a verification message will be sent to your Xiaomi account's mobile phone number.

6. Enter the Xiaomi verification information received by the mobile phone, and then click OK.

7. Then you will be prompted to enter the name of the consignee in your millet. Com order and verify the owner of the account again. Enter the commonly used consignee name, and then click OK.

8. Then enter the password reset page. Now, you can enter the new password you want to set. Enter a new password and click Submit.
