What text message can I send on my mobile phone to cancel the automatic connection of edu?

This has nothing to do with SMS, because edu is generally a public ***wifi. If the phone has not been linked to other wifi before or the connected wifi is not in the current area, the phone will automatically search for the available wifi in the current area, so it will automatically connect to edu! I can't seem to cancel the automatic connection on my mobile phone.
