The handling fee standards for personal online banking transfers are as follows:

1. The Bank's intra-city/remote transfer fees are waived.

2. Inter-bank transfer fees (no distinction between same city and different places): For each transaction below 5,000 yuan (inclusive), the handling fee is waived; between 5,000 and 10,000 yuan (inclusive), the fee is 5 Yuan; between 10,000 and 50,000 yuan (including 50,000 yuan), the fee is 7.5 yuan; above 50,000 yuan, 0.015% of the transfer amount is charged, with a maximum fee of 25 yuan. Currently, non-urgent inter-bank transfers of more than 5,000 yuan in the same city are charged 1 yuan each.
