What does the CCB Bank Card Loss Reporting app show?

CCB's bank card loss reporting APP shows China Construction Bank's app. The loss reporting method is as follows:

1. We need to install CCB app on our mobile phone.

2. Open the app and enter the following interface. First, we need to click the "Query Balance" button and log in with the ID number or bank card number.

3. After logging in, click on the bank card account area to enter the account details page.

We can see that there is a "report the loss" button below, click it.

5. Loss reporting can be divided into "temporary loss reporting" and "permanent loss reporting". Temporary loss reporting is 5 days. We can choose to report the loss temporarily, take the time to reissue the bank card, and then click Next.

6. Display the message "Report Loss Successfully". If you find a bank card within 5 days and want to cancel the loss reporting, you have to go to the business hall, or wait for 5 days, and the temporary loss reporting will automatically become invalid.
