1. Postal service generally picks up mail at the mailroom in Xiamen University West Village. The location is at the mailbox next to the train ticket sales point at the entrance to West Village, just go in.

2. Some people can make phone calls. The mail pick-up list is at the mail pick-up area in each building. Or to confirm that the mail has arrived, you can go directly to the mail room in West Village and ask.
