What should I do if I forget my glory account password?

If you forget your glory account login password:

First, the mobile phone/email address is still in use.

1, you can click the official link to retrieve the password and quickly reset it;

2. You can also reset the password through the mobile phone/tablet client;

(1) Unregistered account: Click Settings to enter the login interface of mobile phone/tablet account, and click Forgot Password;

(2) Register an account: Account Center > Account and Security > Change Password.

Note: If the password is retrieved from a common device (a device that frequently logs into this account), you only need to verify the SMS verification code.

Second, the mobile phone number/email address has been deactivated.

If the account password cannot be reset due to the deactivation of the mobile phone number/email address, you can change the mobile phone number/email address bound to the account through the account appeal, and reset the password through the newly bound mobile phone number/email address after the appeal is successful.
