How does Apple block all notifications?

Open Apple phone settings, swipe down to find the notification, and then select Info-Show Preview. You can see that there are three options: always, when unlocked and never. To hide the content of SMS notifications, click Never.

First go to Settings, select "Screen Usage Time" and then click View All Activities. You can choose today or yesterday during the screen usage time.
