How to receive MMS?

Samsung Android smartphone supports MMS function, so you can receive and download MMS as long as you turn on the data switch of the phone. If your mobile phone receives a multimedia message that cannot be downloaded, we suggest that you:

1. Since MMS service needs to be transmitted through data service, please confirm whether data Internet service is enabled.

2. Some machines need to open the data service to receive MMS: slide the curtain at the top of the screen down to open the mobile data. If it is a dual-card mobile phone, please check whether the mobile data is switched to the SIM card that receives multimedia messages.

3. It may be that the MMS parameters are wrong, which makes the mobile phone unable to receive MMS. Action: Settings-More Networks-Mobile Networks-Access Point Name-More (menu key)-Reset to default values.

I suggest you send yourself a short message with a picture to see if you can receive it normally.

5. If you still can't download the MMS content, there may be something wrong with the SIM/USIM card. It is recommended to try to replace another SIM/USIM card.

6. If not, please back up the important data in your mobile phone and try to restore the factory settings.
