1. If you have a local account, you can go to the four major state-owned banks as long as you have your ID card ready.

2. If the household registration is not local, you can go to the nearest photo studio, issue a photo receipt and apply for social security.

3. Bring your ID card and receipt to the bank to fill in the social security application form.

4. You will receive SMS notification about one month after filling out the form, and you can go to the bank to get the social security card.
