How to replace the social security card online with Qinhuangdao social security APP in other places?

Personnel who apply for social security cards in other cities in the province, or those who apply for social security cards in our city but the ownership relationship has been transferred to other cities, need to go through the formalities of social security card ownership transfer after participating in medical insurance in our city, and can only be activated after the transfer is completed.

Treatment process

(1) Open the homepage of Qinhuangdao People's Society APP → More → Social Security Card → Transfer.

(2) Fill in the applicant's ID number → Select the transfer area → Click "Submit" → Select the verification method (including face recognition and SMS verification code).
