Opening the privacy space requires the mobile phone to support the privacy space function (some mobile phones do not support it). If you create a privacy space, but you can't find the entrance in the settings:

If the factory settings have not been restored and the privacy space has not been deleted manually, you need to check whether it is currently in the sub-user environment, and the privacy space is only displayed below the owner. If the privacy space is still not displayed in the owner's environment, please make sure that the switch to hide the privacy space entrance in the user settings is turned on.

First, enter the main space and user settings to see if there is an option to "create a private space". If so, it means that privacy space has not been created before.

If there is no "Create Privacy Space" option, the privacy space has been created. Please switch the privacy space in the settings list.

If you still can't switch the privacy space, it means that the switch to hide the privacy space entrance is turned on, and you can enter the privacy space through the previously set fingerprint, and then enter the EMUI5. X: settings >; Advanced settings > users open the entrance to the hidden privacy space. EMUI8。 X & mp9.x: Settings > Security Privacy > Privacy Space, and close the "Hide Privacy Space Entrance".
