At present, there are "new order message", "delete order message", "lock order message" and "JD. It can remind merchants of "COM price abnormality reminder", "promotion price abnormality reminder" and "price door order alarm message". All kinds of news will open one after another.

What are the ways to receive messages? How to set it?

At present, the supported receiving methods include store-side reminder, email reminder and SMS reminder (IM reminder will be opened soon). Which reminding method is used for each message is set by the merchants themselves.

1, the store-side reminder is turned on by default, and no setting is required;

2. By default, only the master account has the right to set email reminders.

At present, there is no email reminder of the price door order message.

4. At present, only three types of SMS notifications can be realized: JD.COM price abnormal reminder, promotional price abnormal reminder and price door order alarm message. The mobile phone number that receives the message is the person in charge of the store or the contact person of the store operation. If you want to modify or add the mobile phone number, you must add or modify it in the message receiving settings. SMS reception is free.
