What's wrong with the trip code query?

This is caused by network abnormality, and the solution is as follows:

1. First of all, the trip card prompts a fault, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then, open the phone settings interface and click Mobile Network.

3. Then, click Move Data.

4. Next, switch networks. Sometimes the network is bad and the query will fail.

5. Enter the travel card page again, and then click Login.

6. The mobile phone number pops up, and click Allow.

7. Then click on the Epidemic Prevention Travel Card.

8. Enter the mobile phone number of other service providers. For example, you can't use your mobile phone to inquire, but you can change your telecom number to inquire.

9. Finally, click Query to find the trip code.
