In the privacy section of the browser, I set the history and local cache to be cleared every time I quit the browser. When this setting is turned on, every time I exit the browser, the login account information of Baidu will be cleared, including the password and local cache of the account information.

So to sum up, if you log in to Baidu account on pc webpage, you will need SMS verification after each successful login, but it still won't work after trying various settings. You can try to set the browser not to clear the history and local cock. My browser is Firefox.
