How to charge for unlimited traffic capping?

Take Tencent Wangka as an example: When the total traffic of Tencent Wangka reaches 40GB in the current month, "unlimited traffic capping service" can be opened through China Unicom's online business hall, China Unicom's mobile phone business hall and SMS business hall. After opening, all traffic (including Tencent's exclusive traffic) used after 40GB is directly charged according to the daily domestic traffic rent 1 RMB 800MB/ day, which is valid on the same day and automatically renewed. It is charged according to the traffic, and there is no charge for not using it. (None of the above countries include Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)
