Solution:

Mobile phone settings-wireless and network settings-mobile network-access point name. After entering the name of the access point, if it is empty, you can click the menu button and select New APN, and then a new interface will appear. Fill in "cmnet" in the name and APN options, regardless of other options, and then click the menu to select Save. After all the above steps are completed, you will find that there is an access point of cmnet in the access point. Just choose it. At this time, you will find "E" and two small arrows in the notification bar, indicating that the network connection has been set up successfully.
