There is no sound when the mobile phone receives short messages.

1. Check whether the sound of the mobile phone is turned on

1. Slide the screen top curtain down with your finger;

2. click mute to make it sound.

2. Check whether the SMS ringtone is set to mute

1. In standby mode, click the application;

2. Slide the screen to click on the information;

3. press the menu key at the bottom left of the screen and select settings;

4. Slide the screen up and click the notification in the notification information settings;

5. Click to select the ringtone;

6. If you accidentally set it to mute before, please select the default ringtone or another ringtone and click OK.

3. Check whether all sounds are turned off

1. In standby mode, click the application;

2. slide the screen and click settings;

3. Click on my device;

4. Slide the screen up and click the auxiliary function;

5. if you choose to turn off all sounds, just uncheck them.

4. Check whether the notification volume is turned on

1. Press the volume button on the left side of the screen;

2. Click the pinion icon on the screen;

3. Just slide the slider for notifying the volume to the right to increase the volume.
