Is the after-sales service of Midea washing machine good?

Midea's after-sales service has been very good. Although my Midea washing machine is not broken, there are still some Midea washing machine staff who call or send text messages to remind us of the daily maintenance of the washing machine and ask if there is anything wrong with our washing machine. I think the service attitude of big brands is still good.
