Does Huawei P8 support Beidou satellite SMS function?

P8 supports GPS, Glonass and Beidou joint navigation and positioning; it does not support Beidou’s short message function.

At this stage, the application of Beidou on mobile phones is still in its preliminary stage. The main reason is that the commercial use of Beidou started late and its coverage is only in China and surrounding areas. I believe that by the time Beidou reaches global coverage, there will definitely be mobile phones supporting this feature.
