(a) outpatient expenses reporting and reimbursement

4. The Beijing office will transfer the calculated mutual aid funds to the Beijing card and mutual aid service card of the beneficiary employees within 10 working days. The bank will notify the beneficiary employees themselves by SMS.

(2) Declaration and settlement of hospitalization expenses

1, starting from 2 1 day every month, the employees themselves apply to their local trade unions for mutual funds last month, and the employees who are insured free of charge fill out the Medical Mutual Protection Plan for On-the-job Employees and receive the application form for mutual funds (excluding the payment part of the insured employees).
