1. I changed my mobile phone or reinstalled WeChat, but I can't remember the WeChat password.

2. I changed my mobile phone number and didn't update the WeChat binding relationship. Therefore, the SMS verification code or password cannot be logged in.

-For users with reasons above 1 and 2, you can try the following methods.

A. Think back to whether WeChat has an available mobile phone number. If yes, please click the login page-> More-> Switch login mode-> Select "mobile phone number"-> Login via SMS verification code

B. Think back to whether WeChat is bound to QQ. If yes, please click the login page-> More-> Switch login mode-> Select "micro signal/email address/QQ"-"and enter QQ+QQ password to log in.

C. Think back to whether WeChat has a bound email address. If yes, please click the login page-> More-> Wechat Security Center-Retrieve Account Password-Find Password in Email

D. None of the above methods will work. Please visit the WeChat login interface-> Click more-> Enter the "WeChat Security Center"-> Retrieve the account password-> Call for finding the account password

3. Account protection has been enabled for this account, but if you don't have a mobile phone, you won't be able to receive SMS. Please fill in the information according to the client process instructions to unprotect the account.
