Please refer to the announcement of the People's Bank of China for the reservation exchange arrangements of other provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.

Customers who choose the above-mentioned 13 area to make an appointment for redemption can make an appointment through online channels such as mobile banking, portal website, personal online banking, WeChat WeChat official account, etc. of Agricultural Bank of China, or make an appointment at the designated business outlets and make a physical exchange at the designated business outlets. Customers who make an appointment for exchange in Zhejiang, Shandong and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region can choose the designated outlets of Agricultural Bank of China Zhejiang Branch or Ningbo Branch, Shandong Branch or Qingdao Branch, Xinjiang Branch or Xinjiang Corps Branch respectively.

Verification period.

After the reservation period, the People's Bank of China plans to check all the reservation records of winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic currency. Customers who fail the verification can cancel the default record at any reservation exchange outlet with the original second-generation resident ID card used during the reservation registration from February 16 to February 17, 2022, and retain the redemption qualification, and will not be processed after the deadline.
