Something's wrong. The owner received a text message from 12 123. It's okay. It's because the parking position of your car is blocking someone else's car, or it may be that the parking space of your car is someone else's parking space.

The owner will move the car within 10 minutes after receiving the short message of moving the car. If the vehicle parked by the owner is illegal parking, the traffic police department will punish the owner.

Parking is not allowed under the following circumstances:

1. No parking is allowed on the road section without parking signs and markings, on the road section with isolation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, as well as on crosswalks and construction sections;

2. No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

3, * * * * bus station, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) in front of the road and within 30 meters from the above location, in addition to the use of the above facilities, no parking;

4. Before the vehicle stops, it is not allowed to open the door for people to get on and off, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

5, roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to leave the car, get on and off personnel or after loading and unloading goods, leave immediately;

6, city bus * * * cars are not allowed to stop on the road outside the site or get on and off passengers.

Motor vehicles should be parked at the specified places.
