First, take the initiative to report the trip in advance. Persons who have recently lived in high-risk and low-risk areas and have been released from entry quarantine, please register their information through the "Lai Ning Personnel Information Declaration System" in advance, and take the initiative to report to their units, communities or hotels to cooperate with the implementation of various health management measures.

Second, strengthen the inter-provincial "landing inspection" of migrant workers. All migrant workers in Nanjing must complete the 1 nucleic acid test as soon as possible after arriving in Nanjing, and implement "three tests in three days". Before the results come out, try to stay at home and avoid going to crowded places, attending parties and taking public transportation. Hotels, hotels, homestays, overnight baths and other accommodation places should strictly fulfill their inspection responsibilities, and urge personnel from other places in the province to participate in the "landing inspection" and "three-day three-inspection" in time, and report any abnormality to the epidemic prevention and control institutions in their areas as soon as possible. Fourth, optimize prevention and control measures in key places. All kinds of public places in the city strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code checking and wearing masks. Public entertainment places such as theaters and tourist attractions strictly implement the prevention and control requirements of "current limiting, booking tickets and peak shifting" and strictly control instantaneous traffic. Personal protection must be done when taking the subway, bus, taxi and online car, and prevention and control measures such as wearing masks and checking codes must be strictly implemented.

Five, continue to strengthen the management of the application of site code. All kinds of public places, enterprises and institutions must post the place code in a conspicuous position at the entrance, and those who enter must take the initiative to scan the code. All kinds of places and units should arrange special personnel to carefully check the information such as "code scanning access" of the entering personnel, so that every entry must be scanned, every scan must be checked, and no one is missed. Sixth, optimize medical and health services. Eight, optimize the vaccination service in COVID-19. Encourage the general public, especially the elderly, to actively participate in vaccination. Citizens who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine but have not completed the whole vaccination or enhanced vaccination should complete the whole vaccination or enhanced vaccination as soon as possible after the expiration of the interval, so as to enhance the effectiveness of immunization.
