My mobile phone is vivoY 13, and I want to know how to delete the backup SMS in the cloud service.

Short messages backed up in the cloud service cannot be deleted directly in the cloud service, but they can be deleted according to the following steps:

1. Log in to vivo account in mobile cloud service, click SMS, and choose to restore cloud information to mobile phone.

2. Delete unnecessary information on the mobile phone (if you need to delete all the short messages on the cloud, you can delete all the short messages on the mobile phone first).

3. Enter the cloud service-SMS-Overlay Backup, and you can delete the SMS on the cloud by backing it up to the cloud.
