Changsha vehicles can go to Changsha vehicle management office or traffic police brigade to deal with violations.

Article 4 of the Procedures for Handling Illegal Acts of Road Traffic Safety stipulates that illegal acts found by traffic police in law enforcement on duty shall be under the jurisdiction of the traffic management department of the public security organ where the illegal acts occur.
