Business card making steps

To make a business card:

1. First, we archive in photoshop; New, create your own business card documents, the size of business cards is not fixed, the size is different, so I will not introduce the size of business cards here. First, we download our favorite background patterns on the Internet and fill them in the blank background, so that our background can be used.

2. However, typing words directly on a simple background will appear to have no sense of design. At this time, we need to change another color, or multiple colors, which is not recommended here. Let me introduce a simple method. Just don't make the design color differ too much from the background color. Don't make the background color red, just make a blue one. We can try to add two rectangles with different sizes on both sides.

3. Does it feel much better than a single background color? After that, we will arrange the typesetting of the text. We can add text between two light-colored square elements, so that the overall layout is very stable and the picture can stand. Don't put the words in the corner alone, it will appear top-heavy.

4. The text tool finds T in the toolbar on the left. This is a text tool. Just enter the text directly in the blank space. When finished, we will begin to make the front of the business card. The former principle is the same as the latter. We should choose a color similar to the back but different. We can choose the color of the back design frame as the front background and set the color of the front design element as the back background.

After completion, we should input a series of information such as our company's name, our name, position and telephone number on the front, and we must avoid being top-heavy in text input. Try a few more times, and you will always have your own effect. Save and print when you are finished.

6. Then take the printer and print it out.

A business card, also known as a card (Cantonese writing card (kā)), was called a name thorn in ancient China, and it was a piece of paper indicating the name, organization, company and contact information. Business cards are the fastest and most effective way for new friends to get to know each other and introduce themselves. First, design a business card with ps or CorelDRAW software, then create a new A4 canvas, and then typeset the business card to print design-publishing-printing.

At present, CorelDRAW files are generally accepted by printing houses, and the bitmap requires more than 300 pixels.

Ordinary business card size: 92X56MM

Finished product: 90X54MM.

Color must be CMYK. If you convert RGB colors, it will be a bit off color. Taihe weike business card printing system

Taihe core business card making system is a software for making business cards under DOS. Support HP laser printer (300DPI). The software has interactive typesetting function. The system provides 35 simple and complicated Chinese fonts and more than 100 English fonts. Text objects can be dragged and dropped on the layout at will, and fonts can be scaled at any scale in the horizontal or vertical direction. Provide picture input and typesetting functions, and make business cards with logo. Taihe core typesetting software also has many functions.

Note: This software is a business card making system adapted from early typesetting software. Please set the parameters of EMM386. An exception occurred during use. It is best to use DOS5.0 files for disk buffering and three-button or optical mouse for mouse. This software does not support some mice. Because the software can't be configured with other printers, it can only be output with an HP laser printer with a resolution of 300DPI.

Sitong Xinlong business card making system

Sitong Xinlong business card making system is an ideal making software under DOS. The software supports HP laser printer (600DPI) and many other printers. The software is easy to use and has interactive typesetting function. The system provides 35 simple and complicated Chinese fonts and more than 100 English fonts. The text can be scaled infinitely, and the text can be scaled at any scale in the horizontal or vertical direction. Provide picture input and typesetting functions, and make business cards with logo. Four-way typesetting software also has many functions. Sitong Xinlong is the first choice software under DOS.

Precautions for use: 1. Because the software is an early version, it is adapted from the standard typesetting system. Therefore, there are some restrictions on the layout. For example, the number of words in each layout cannot exceed a certain number, otherwise the printed part will appear blank after a business card, which can be found in the full page preview. Under normal circumstances, it is not a big problem to use, as long as you control the number of words in each business card, but the English layout will generally exceed the limit. In this case, it can be solved by printing twice. 2. Because this system is an early version, it can't be used on 586 (generally 486-66CPU can be used normally) high-speed computers. There are two ways to solve this problem: a. Reset the BIOS of the computer motherboard, and set the CPU buffer and motherboard buffer to be invalid. The software can run, but the speed of the whole computer will be reduced. B. Upgrade the software, which is the version commonly used by computers above 586.

The software runs under WINDOWS95 and 98 systems, and can share resources such as printers and fonts of WINDOWS. The software provides template function, which can make common business card formats into templates for use at any time. Another feature of the software is that it provides the function of rotating the whole line of text, which gets rid of the shortcoming of monotonous typesetting of DOS software and makes the layout change more diverse. The disadvantage of this software is that it can't set word spacing and line spacing (most English word processors don't have this setting), which brings inconvenience to typesetting. This software is still a good choice when you don't want to install the huge Chinese version of CorelDraw 10.0.

This software is shareware and needs to be registered to use all its functions normally. (Many software web pages on the Internet have their software, registrars and Chinese software packages available for download. )

(1) Select the business card landscape worksheet, click Page Setup on the File menu, click the Page tab in the Page Setup dialog box, set the paper size to A4, and then select the portrait check box.

(2) Click the Margins tab in the Page Setup dialog box, and set the left and right margins to 0.5, and the top and bottom margins to 0.5. Select the Horizontal Center and Vertical Center check boxes. Similarly, make the above page settings for the "Vertical Business Card" and "Back Business Card" worksheets. When setting up a vertical worksheet for business cards, change the vertical check box to a horizontal check box.

3. Set the size of the business card

Generally speaking, the size of a business card is 90 mm× 55 mm. The size of A4 paper is 2 10mm×297mm, so a piece of A4 paper can be designed with at most 10 business cards.

(1) Select the business card typesetting worksheet, drag the right boundary of column A to set the width of column A to 43, select 1 and 2 rows, and then drag the lower boundary of one of them to set the height of 1 and 2 rows to 1 54. Similarly, cell B3 has a column width of 25 and a row height of 265.

(2) According to the same principle, set the cells A 1 to B5 in the worksheets of "Horizontal Business Card" and "Back of Business Card" to have a column width of 44 and a row height of155; Cells A 1 to E2 in the vertical worksheet of business cards are set to column width 26 and row height 270.

4. Type the contents of the business card.

(1) Go to the Business Card Layout worksheet and click the Draw button on the toolbar.

(2) Click the Insert WordArt button on the drawing toolbar. Double-click the special effect you want in the Font Art dialog box.

(3) In the Edit WordArt Text dialog box, type the corresponding text such as company name, select the corresponding required options such as font and font size, and then click OK.

(4) Drag and drop the typed content to the corresponding position of cell A 1. Repeat the process of "inserting art words" above, insert the related contents of business cards such as name, department, address and telephone number respectively, and edit and adjust the above contents, sizes and relative positions according to your own preferences.

Cell A2 is the contents on the back of the business card and the corresponding contents, such as English contents of the business card, business product information, etc. You can insert it in the form of "insert artistic words" as needed. The B3 cell is the content in the "vertical business card". Just double-click the WordArt style with vertical effect in the WordArt dialog box.

5. Paste the linked business card content to generate a business card document.

(2) Enter the "Business Card Layout" worksheet, press the "Shift" key, click the "Edit" menu, select the "Paste Linked Pictures" option under it, and paste and link the contents in worksheet A 1 to worksheet A 1 to B5 cells.

(3) Similarly, paste and link the contents in cell A2 of the "business card typesetting" worksheet to cells A 1 to B5 of the "business card back" worksheet in the form of pictures; Paste and link the contents in cell B3 of the business card typesetting worksheet to cells A 1 to E3 of the business card vertical arrangement worksheet in the form of pictures.

6. Save the business card document as a template.

In the Save As dialog box, select Template under the Save As Type area, and type a business card in the File Name box to save the business card document as a template.

Because there is a link between the contents in the business card landscape worksheet and the contents in the cell A 1 of the business card typesetting worksheet, the changes in the cell A 1 will be reflected in the business card landscape worksheet. Enter the "Horizontal Arrangement of Business Cards" worksheet, put the card paper into the printer, click the "File" menu and select the "Print" command to print the business cards. At this point, a 1 0 business card with the same content as cell a1in the "Business Card Layout" worksheet will be presented to you.

How to make a business card:

Method 1:

How to make business cards with Chinese characters

A good business card reflects a person's character and taste. If only I could design a personalized business card on my computer! Through experiments, I explored a method of designing business cards with WORD. Here is a brief introduction to the main operation process. For the reference of interested persons.

1, page design, open a file, select "True Mode" in "View", and according to the printing effect, the cursor selects A4 paper at the origin, and the margins, upper spacing and lower spacing are all 0.

2. Set the shape and size of the business card in the Drawing icon in the single-section interface, or select MSdrawing in the Object menu under Insert, and then select Auxiliary Line in the Set Auxiliary Line menu in Color, and a cross-shaped coordinate line will appear in the interface. Drag with the mouse to position the coordinate line at (9.0, 5.5) (standard

3. Design Click the "Word Processing" icon in the toolbar, and select different parameters such as position, font, size, word spacing and color according to the requirements of different project lines, then you can input Chinese characters and draw various graphics directly.

You can also perform artistic processing on characters, which can be achieved by using MSWordart, such as different effects such as shadow, three-dimensional characters, deformation and rotation. Then, through the clipboard and the function of importing pictures, you can import various pictures designed by yourself or input by the scanner on the drawing interface, and you can also achieve other effects, such as fading and overlapping printing. The artistic effect is limited only by your imagination.

All the above processes are carried out in the "what you see is what you get" and color editing environment. If you are not satisfied with the above design, you can select one item and edit it again when you are satisfied, and then return to the original file.

4. After printing through the above steps, a business card appears in the file (you can save it at this time), and then you can choose to copy it for 9 times. At this time, 10 business cards will occupy the whole page. Select the appropriate printer and the number of copies to print. If you have a color printer, you can print out color business cards.

Many of the above processes can be simplified by setting Templates, Styles and Macros. This method is not only suitable for personal production, but also suitable for professional business card production.

Method 2:

Call up the main interface of Word97 in Win95, and select Tools → Envelopes and Labels to open the Envelopes and Labels window. Click options in the label item to enter the label options window, and select New Label in this window to open the New Custom Label window. Fill in the following in the New Custom Label window:

1. Label name (you can choose any name, here is mp, which will be stored in the Product Number window of Label Options).

2. Top margin (0.4cm in this example)

3. Left and right margins (0.5cm in this example)

4. Vertical spacing (6 cm in this example)

5. Horizontal spacing (10cm in this example)

6. Label height (5cm in this example)

7. Label width (9 cm in this example)

8. Number of label columns (2 columns in this example)

9. Number of tag lines (5 lines in this example)

10. Page size (A4 in this example)

The above data refers to making ten business cards on A4 paper, each 5 cm high and 9 cm long, arranged in five rows, with two business cards in each row. If you need to choose another size of paper, please change the data accordingly. After data entry, press OK to return to the tab options window.

Press "OK" to enter the "Envelopes and Labels" window, and the text content of the business card will be entered in the white window. Let's call up the Chinese character input method and start inputting the contents of business cards. Please enter the content according to the specific location of the business card text. When finished, press "New Document" and the miracle will happen in an instant (see Figure 2):

On a piece of A4 paper, display 10 business cards with the same content at the same time. If we find that the text entered at this time is wrong, how should we modify it one by one? No, we can call the Envelope and Label window to modify it, but we can't copy the previous method. If you press Tools → Envelopes and Labels, there will be nothing in the new window except the text, name, address and phone number before the first blank line. The correct way is to click the mouse in the first column of the first business card on the left side of the main interface, so that the business card becomes white on a black background. Then press Tools → Envelope and Label, and all the words will come out (where there are words, it is still white on a black background). Click the mouse in the small window to make it black on a white background. Now, you can modify it at will. When you are finished, click New Document.

Some people may ask, can the font of the name be changed, for example, in fine calligraphy, but this can only be modified and inserted one by one (I wonder if experts have a better way).

To convert a name into a WordArt, delete the name and make room for later use. Then select Insert WordArt (that is, the big blue A) on the drawing command bar, and the WordArt Library window will appear.

Select a WordArt graphic in this window, press OK, and then select a font and font size in the next window to enter a name.

After entering the name, press "OK" and the name in calligraphy will appear on the first business card. Just drag it to the appropriate position with the mouse.

Repeat the above steps until ten business cards are modified. Finally, if there is a printer, print out the business cards, then cut them neatly and distribute them.
