(2) It has no record of traffic accident crime, dangerous driving crime, drug abuse and drunk driving, and has no record of 12 in three consecutive scoring cycles recently;

(3) No violent criminal record;

Article 15 The municipal taxi administrative department in the district where the service is located shall, according to the application of the driver or the network car platform company, verify according to the conditions stipulated in Article 14 and make an assessment according to the regulations, and issue a network taxi reservation driver's license to drivers who meet the requirements and pass the assessment.

Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Booking Taxi Service Article 35 If an online taxi platform company violates these provisions and commits any of the following acts, the taxi administrative department at or above the county level and the price administrative department shall order it to make corrections according to their duties, and impose a fine of more than 5000 yuan 10000 yuan on each illegal act; If the circumstances are serious, a fine ranging from 10000 yuan to 30000 yuan shall be imposed:

(1) The vehicle providing the service has not obtained the online booking taxi transport certificate, or the vehicle providing the service online is inconsistent with the vehicle actually providing the service offline;

(2) The driver who provides services has not obtained the taxi driver's license for online booking, or the driver who provides services online is inconsistent with the driver who actually provides services offline;

(3) Failing to ensure that the vehicle is in good technical condition as required;

(four) the starting point and the end point are not engaged in the business activities of the network car in the licensed business area;

(five) failing to report the relevant information of the vehicles and drivers providing services to the taxi administrative department where the service is located in accordance with the regulations;

(six) failing to formulate service quality standards, establish and implement the complaint reporting system in accordance with the provisions;

(seven) failing to provide * * * information in accordance with the provisions, or failing to cooperate with the taxi administrative department to obtain and consult relevant data and materials;

(8) Failing to perform management responsibilities, resulting in serious violation of relevant national operational service standards, such as abandoning customers, deliberately detouring and charging illegally.

If the online car platform company no longer has online and offline service capabilities or has serious illegal acts, the taxi administrative department at or above the county level shall order it to suspend business for rectification and revoke the relevant licenses in accordance with the relevant provisions of relevant laws and regulations.
